A: Open a blank Excel workbook. Go to Tools>Macro>Security. Select either Medium (recommended) or Low and close the workbook. Choosing Medium means you will be prompted each time you launch Ready Reports-choose Enable Macros. If you are running Excel 2007, click the Office Button in the upper left corner - >Excel Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Macro Settings.

You should be able to reach an outside website such as a Google, msn.com, etc. If you do not have internet service, reconnect to it and try opening ReadyReports™ again.
2. Ensure that the Web url is http://www.ODADevel.com/ReadyReports/.
3. If you are connectng to ReadyReports™ on your network, check (on the Connections tab in the Admin form) to be sure the connection string is correct. Click on Modify if you need to change it. Usually you would only need to modify Catalog, which should be the exact name of the database, and DataSource, which should be the exact name of the server where your database is located. For example: Catalog=ReadyReports;Data Source=Hosting1\H12005, where ReadyReports™ is the database name and Hosting1\H12005 is the server name. If in doubt about the database or server name, consult your dba or IT department.
