The Ready Reports™ toolbar simplifies some basic reporting tasks like charting and filtering.

Copy Out

Using the Copy Out button Copy Out button on the toolbar copies the contents of the active sheet (the sheet you are on when you push Copy Out button) into a new, completely separate, workbook. In the new workbook, you can maniupulate the data and save changes to your liking.

Using Filters

Clicking on the Filters On button button turns on the Excel auto-filter. Use the filters to manipulate the view of your data on the sheet. Charting

ReadyReports™ can chart on up to 10 rows you select from any summary report. Select your rows by using the Ctrl or Shift keys, as shown below. To watch a Flash demo on Charting in Ready Reports™, click here - Using Charts

how to use the Chart function

Once you have your rows selected, click on the button. The Chart worksheet is launched with your chosen values charted over time. To change the type of chart you are viewing, click on either the Line Chart or Bar Chart button. To see data values on the chart, click on the Show Values button, and click on the Hide Values again to remove values from your chart.



Email

Clicking on the button brings up your default email client and adds the active sheet as an attachment to a new email.

Print


Clicking on the will send the active sheet to your default printer queue.
